Syslog messages not showing in Solarwinds web page

Could someone confirm, if we are not adding a node in Orion, we will not be able to see any syslog messages related to it from Solarwinds web page?

In other words, no syslog messages will be shown through web page if a syslog entry is having NodeID equal to 0. But we will be able to see that from syslog viewer application on the server.

I ran some test on a lab enviroment. Even it's from a node with an IP address that's not in the system it will still show up in the syslog web view.
