We have a requirement to monitor the any changes on ADD/Remove Program or Any Windows update installation / Installation to be monitor for windows servers,
Pls confirm is this possible on SAM or any other,

You could potentially use the Windows Event Log monitor component in SAM to watch for Install and Uninstall event IDs:

There are also other SolarWinds products that provide info about changes to systems.
Log and Event Manager (LEM) has the ability to watch for these events as well:
