APM saying app went down

I have a few APM's set to monitor AD services, some websites and even the orion website it self through SNMP.

What the issue is randomly we get that server so and so is down when it isnt. The same with AD services on certain servers is down or the website is down or even the app is down.

Any clue why APM 2.0 is doing this?

What is the error message shown when the component monitor is down? This text is shown when you hover over the little orange info button on the Application Details view.

When I can catch it I get either "service is not present" or "Service not available". I know they are up as these are DCs hosting DHCP and DNS on them and people would be calling me left and right with issues.

I'm confused. Is it giving "service is not present" or "Service not available" or the error shown in you screenshot (or both)?

Sometime its either. The screen shot is what I am getting now as of this moment.
