Node in warning

What can cause a node to enter a warning state? I have a small network and many nodes will turn yellow and then it will clear up. Is there a way to see what is causing this?

You can see (and change) them when logging in to the webinterface as the admin. They are:

Cisco Buffer Misses
High Level 1 to 1000000 Nodes with Buffer Misses above this number will appear Bold Red on Cisco Buffer resources.
Warning Level 1 to 1000000 Nodes with Buffer Misses above this number will appear Red on Cisco Buffer resources.

CPU Load
High Level 1% to 100% Node with CPU Load above this level will appear on "High CPU Load" reports. They will also have thier Gauges colored Red.
Warning Level 1% to 100% Node with CPU Load above this level will appear on "High CPU Load" reports. They will also have thier Gauges colored Yellow.

Disk Usage
High Level 1% to 100% Disk Usage will be colored Red and appear on "High Disk Usage" reports when Percent Disk Usage is above this level.
Warning Level 1% to 100% Disk Usage will be colored Yellow and appear on "High Disk Usage" reports when Percent Disk Usage is above this level.

Interface Errors and Discards
Error Level 1 to 50000 Interfaces with Errors+Discards above this level will appear on "High Errors and Discards" reports.
Warning Level 1 to 50000 Interfaces with Errors+Discards above this level will appear on "High Errors and Discards" reports.

Interface Percent Utilization
High Level 1% to 100% Interfaces with Current Percent Utilization above this level will appear on "High Percent Utilization" reports. They will also have thier Gauges colored Red.
Warning Level 1% to 100% Interfaces with Current Percent Utilization above this level will appear on "High Percent Utilization" reports. They will also have thier Gauges colored Yellow.

Percent Memory Used
Error Level 1% to 100% Nodes with Percent Memory Used above this level will appear on "High Percent Loss" reports. Their Percent Loss Gauges will also be colored Red.
Warning Level 1% to 100% Nodes with Percent Memory Used above this level will appear on "High Percent Loss" reports. Their Percent Loss Gauges will also be colored Yellow.

Percent Packet Loss
Error Level 1% to 100% Nodes with Percent Packet Loss above this level will appear on "High Percent Loss" reports. Their Percent Loss Gauges will also be colored Red.
Warning Level 1% to 100% Nodes with Percent Packet Loss above this level will appear on "High Percent Loss" reports. Their Percent Loss Gauges will also be colored Yellow.

Response Time
Error Level 1ms to 5000ms Nodes responding above this level will appear on "High Response Time" reports. Thier Response Time Gauges will be colored Red also.
Warning Level 1ms to 5000ms Nodes responding above this level will appear on "High Response Time" reports. Thier Response Time Gauges will be colored Yellow also.
