I am having an issue with NCM not opening. When I first opened it, it prompted to open NCM Wizard. When I chose that option, a status window appeared and quickly disappeared without the actual program loading. I went back into NCM and noticed that on the bottom right of the application, it says "No Database". SQL express is running and I can access the database in Database Manager.
I found another post here that referenced deleting the following keys in the registry:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\SolarWinds.net\Configuration Manager\Settings ?
- Database Catalog
- Database Connection
- Database Server
- Database Type
I did this hoping it would prompt me to run the setup again, but now not even NCM will open (it does the same thing as the wizard was doing).
Any pointers would be appreciated.
