unable to backup configs from Cisco 4402

Hi all!

I'm having issues backing up our wireless controllers in NCM. As far as I can tell, I have everything configured correctly. I am able to execute command scripts from the NCM web interface for the 4402, but when i try to download a config, the transfer status icon spins and spins for over 5 minutes. Then it tells me connection refused.

I'm using "Cisco WLC" as my device template, and SSH auto for my script and config download options. SSH port is set at 443.

Does any one have any ideas why I'm able to run scripts but not download?

I'm not sure if it's your problem or not, but SSH runs on port 22 by default, not port 443. Port 443 is HTTPS.

Did you ever resolve this issue? I am having the same problem. I can see via the controller-->management-->user sessions that NCM connects and logs in but the NCM module eventually comes back with "Connection Refused" Thanks!
