Not able to view the node in NCM which is present in NPM

Hi,

There are many devices we have been monitoring via Solar Winds.

Today I faced issue that, some devices I can able to see under the NPM Group.

But I am not able to see that under the NCM , due to that I am not able to take the back-up for those devices.

Kindly help me to resolve the issue please.I am using NCM 7.1

You just need to add the device to NCM. You do this by going to Settings, NCM Settings, 'Add or Manage Nodes'. The find the device, select it and click on 'Add Nodes to NCM'.
