Hi,
I am using NPM 11.5 and SAM 6.2 to monitor my infrastructure. recently my 4000 windows boxes have been migrated to windows 2012 OS but solarwinds is not able to poll the data for those correctly. Hardware status is undefined. Also this problem is solved when the node is re-added.
Is there any other option apart from deleting and re-adding the node? the windows boxes are using snmpv2c for polling. please suggest.
