Faster than Solarwinds Support!
In the web console, go to ADMIN > WEB CONSOLE SETTINGS > CHART SETTINGS.
Reset "Thumbnail Aspect Ratio" and "Chart Aspect Ratio" to 1, your chart will be available again!!!
Later you can set other values for these settings, in order to fine tune the look and feel of your charts.
By the way, my Thumbnail Aspect Ratio was set on "6E+07"... ???
Bye.
Hello, I've got the same problem with a fresh Orion 8.5 installation on Windows 2003 and MSSQL 2005.
I've tried to follow your (and kb's too) suggestion, but without success.
How can I fix the problem?
Same here, version 8.5, new install, nordic setup.
Still same problem after upgrade to 8.5.1, can anyone help ?
I too am having the same issues after an 8.5 to 8.5.1 upgrade. An 'X' shows up where the network wide availability and response time chart used to be. Sometimes it will show up, other times we get the 'X'. It almost appears to be a timeout issue because I can sometimes get the chart to show by right clicking on the 'X' and select "Show Picture". This is happening in Firefox as well.
This fixed it! Thanks ALOT.
Default values are as following:
Chart Aspect Ratio : 0,62Thumbnail Aspect Ratio : 0,6
And again, thanks alot to Fede_Pg
:-) I'm glad you solved your problem Jba!
Now, it would be nice if someone from Solarwinds could tell us something about the cause of this bug.
