How do you upgrade the licence without the Licence Manager

I'm sure there must be a document covering this but I can't find it.

I currently have a NCM 7, DL50 installed and have purchased a DL100 upgrade. The server on which the NCM is installed cannot connect to the internet so the Licence Manager does not work so how do I apply the new licence?

Hi Darryl,

Please work with our support, they will be able to generate the license key even though your NCM is offline.

Darryl, if you haven't recieved an answer yet, you need to run license manager and select upgrade as the option for NCM.

Then it will prompt you for the activation key.

If you don't have a network connection, you simply select the "This server does not have internet access..." option and manually register.

You just need to be sure you have a key available on your portal, if not you need to contact customer service to get that activated.
