Advanced Alert Manager - Install on workstation?

In the Orion interface when managing alerts, you see the following:

To create new alerts or configure advanced alerting options, click Start > All Programs > SolarWinds Orion > Alerting, Reporting and Mapping > Advanced Alert Manager on your Orion server.

Is there an install somewhere so I can put this on my workstation instead of RDPing to the server every time?

There is no way to install this on your workstation, it is bound to the server.  As rstoney00 points out though, SolarWinds is working on moving alerts to the web in the upcoming NPM v12 release.
