just wanted to pop a quick update on here for a case that we had open with Solarwinds.
We have Exchange 2013 CU11 installed in our environment and could not get AppInsight for Exchange to install. The process kept complaining that the PSLanguageMode was not set to full.
Long story short it was discovered that you need to activate the Appinsight for Exchange install script on the server that hosts the arbitration database.
As soon as this was done the whole lot started to work and we got good data.
