I have a Windows 2003 server that I can log into via RDP just fine, but when I try to authenticate from Orion APM is fails. The event log states that it was a success.
Anyone seen this before?
I cannot search for processes via SNMP either.... very odd...
I have over 500 servers being monitored by Orion and this is the only one that acts like this....
It sounds like this server may be behind a firewall or router with access control lists. It might even be the local Windows firewall on the server itself that's preventing APM from properly communicating with the remote server.
