Our Hot standby server just kicked over for the first time today. Is there a way to prevent it from sending out alerts of nodes that were already down on the primary when it kicks over to standby?
We had about 10 nodes at a site we had down on purpose in the primary server, and the alerts for those were sent out by the primary when we initially dropped those nodes. As soon as the Hot Standby took over it resent all of those alerts, I would prefer it didnt, but still would send alerts if nodes drop after that.
