No convenient access to diagnostic generation

For NCM, cannot find an easy navigation to the solarwinds diagnostics. Within 'Start->SolarWinds Orion Network Configuration Manager' there is no link to diagnostics.

For NPM, you can navigate using 'Start->SolarWinds Orion-Documentation and Support->Orion Diagnostics'.

When NCM is integrated with NPM you should be able to generate all diagnostics using the same techniques.
