APM WMI Performance Monitors Missing A Lot of Data

I have process monitors setup using WMI. These monitors are set to a polling interval of every 5 minutes.

When I go in to look at the data that is collected on those processes such as CPU or Memory I am finding that I only have about 40-50% of the data, all of the other data points are missing.

Needless to say, I am really concerned about this and about how my customers are going to react to this.

Any explanation as to what is causing this would be very much appreciated, thanks!

What's the staus on this? Was it a fluke that got resolved? If not, I'd open a support ticket here: http://www.solarwinds.com/support/ticket.

Click Submit a Technical Support Ticket.
In order to receive technical support, you will need to be current on your SolarWinds maintenance. Complete the form. You will not be able to upload your diagnostics, but you will receive an email back that allows you to upload diagnostics.

I also need an answer to this for my similar APM Monitors.

I've been trying to use Advanced Alerts on APM Monitors and their Statistical Data along with the trigger condition of "Do not trigger until X minutes..." but it often misfires.

It's as if the APM data shows up long after the Alert reads the database. Really strange...
