getting the warning message - APM database maintenance is overdue

Let me add to what Michael said. The link he provided is the correct section; however, I noticed the steps need a little tweaking.

If you want to run database Maintenance from the Orion Web Console, complete the following steps:

a. Click Settings in the top right of the web console, and then click Polling Settings in the Settings group.

b. Click Perform Maintenance Now in the Database Settings area.

b. In Database Settings, go to the Archive Time field and adjust the time (one minute in to the future if you want to do it immediately), then click Submit.

I will update this in the Admin Guide ASAP.

The information that differs is from Martin.Susil, including it here:

"This message informs you that historical data in APM tables have not been summarized for some time. This indicates that Database Maintenance probably wasn't executed for several days or Database Maintenance is failing for some reason.

Please try to run is manually as Roger suggested and if message still won't away, try to contact support so we could investigate Database Maintenance log file."

(emphasis mine)

In this case, the Bronx user variable can be substituted for the Roger variable above.
