User Experience Blackberry

Hello Folks,

We are struggling with the set up of the Blackberry End User Experience monitor.

Mails are sent to the BB-Handheld-Device and the Device is responding to the <confirm> Mail but the script does not check the user mailbox for the mails --> unknown MAPI Error.

Outlook 2007 and CDOs are installed on the Orion Server. The User we provided has access to the specified Mailbox (also the Orion Admin has access).

Any Ideas where to look for an error.

It sounds like you're having problems with the Blackberry Delivery Confirmation template. Have you read the notes and modified the script accordingly for your environment?
