Intergating NCM with NPM

I recently moved my NCM and NPM to the same server. However, I am unable to enter the credentials NPM needs so they will work together. NCM works fine when I RDP to the server and run the console locally.

The manage users and and change credentials are grayed out in the NCM console and I am unable to log into the web console as the username and passwords I used when installing NCM do not work. Does anyone know how I can create a new user or change the credentials on NCM to get it to work with NPM.

I opened a case with SW tech support. I had to reset the NCM password through SQL and then proceed add new credentials into the NCM console.

Have you installed the NCM integration module?

Yes, I have installed the integration module, and I am able to see NCM listed in NPM. It is the credentials that I am not able to change and/or update. neither my AD credentials, nor the database username/password work.

Can you try using the same credentials you use when logging onto the NCM client (win32) application?

I am not prompted to log-in when opening the NCM console. When I set the program up, I set it to use the AD credentials. I have tried all the passwords I used when setting up the NCM database. Since I can't log into the NCM web, and the NCM console is grayed out. My question is, how can I modify or update NCM credentials?
