Hi Thwack Community,

Please help me to fix an issue in my NPM environment.

Since NPM 10.2.1 version I'm getting a lot of this messages when navigating by NPM maps.

This problem occurs everyday, creating a lot of headache to me.

Hi valdemirs,

Is your SolarWinds Information Service running? You can check is with Orion Service Manager and then open map. If not please open support ticket and post here NS number so we can keep track.
