Syslog warning: "Unexpected end of configuration file"

Question

In Cirrus 4.01 when I update Cisco router configuration in the following procedure:

* Download the configuration from device.
* Edit one configuration line.
* Select the edited line.
* Upload the selected lines command from right click context menu.

I get Syslog warning "Unexpected end of configuration file" every time from every device. The operation of devices doesn't seem to be affected in any way. Anyone else experiences this behavior? Is it perhaps dangerous anyhow?

Right, I'm not suggesting this as a long-term solution.   I was just trying to determine if the cause of the issue is really the single line upload or something else related to the configuration.

You might try putting the lines you want to upload and add the "end" statement to see if that results in the same behavior.

I will certainly try this, but this way is not so handy as simply right clicking the edited line and selecting the upload. The additional "end" should also have to be deleted before saving the edited configuration.
