Inventory "All Nodes" only gets first node group

I enabled the example job to inventory "All Nodes in the Database". However, every time it runs, it only inventories the devices in the first node group. All other nodes are not inventoried. If this is just a bug with the example job, then I'll just create a new job (will probably do that anyway). I was just curious why "All Nodes" would only constitute the first group.
