Has everyone experiencing these issues submitted a case with support (either online or by phone)? I want to make we're tracking this inventory issue properly. If you have, can you please post your case # so I can see where we are on this issue.
Wow....I didn't realize I opened this in 2006...yikes. I'm not sure what my case was. We have 2 Cirrus servers....one has about 600 devices the other has about 200. The 600 server inventories everything in about 3 1/2 hours.BB

In the case cited above, the solution was to manually update the credentials in the database.
