How do I configure "ALL NODES" with the grouped by device as the default admin has ???

I have setup the NPM and I like the admin page (default) with the ALL Nodes showing the condensed list. However Im unable to recreate this on another profile page

any insight on how to create this?

I have chose "ALL NODES" and are presented with no option to group or condense the list

Click on the Edit button in the new user's view and choose the sort criteria

On the Network Summary Page, the ALL NODES,

I have tried to do this, still nothing, the complete list of nodes show.

The admins page showed the same list organized by vendor, CISCO, WINDOWS, VMWARE and the list is condensed.

To make sure I understand, who are you logged in as? can you see the Edit button on the All Nodes resource?

Im logged in a a user I setup, with full admin privilidges (I setup the exact settings as Admin account), When I EDIT the Nodes, I get TITLE, SUBJECT and an Sql query, thats it. nothing else..
