We have trouble of backing up config for Avaya ERS3524GT. NCM version 7.3.
We have been reading NCM admin guide ch5 and 6 and browse THWACK but still need some advice.
Here is the screen-shot on NCM of the details of the Avaya, configmgmt-commands ( which probably is missing something important) as well as the trace log.
If someone already has a ready-to-use device template that will be great!
