Save running config to flash only if config change

I have been using configuration manager 7.1 for a while now.  We are doing a configuration comparision and saving the new configurations to the database.

I am looking for a way to save the changed configuaration to flash as well.  I do not want to issue a "copy running-config startup-config" on every device in the database.  I would only like to save the config to flash when Solarwinds detect there was a change since the last downloaded config.

How can this be done?
