Nightly backup config change report - issue

We noticed on our nightly backup job that sends emails with what changed on a system, that it didn't show us the interface that the change had occured on. In this case - it was the shutdown command on a 3650 FA being removed. Anyone know why this might happen before I open a ticket with support?
