What do you mean by 'collect support info'? Diagnostics? If so, try the following:
The diagnostics executable may be in a different location. If you can't find it, try searching on 'SolarWindsDiagnostics.exe' to find its location.
Also, we highly recommend you upgrade to NPM 10.0 so that you can receive full support on your product. Let me know if you have questions on this process and I can put you in touch with people to help.
