Question to Solarwinds

Hello,
I am a newbie here and I am a bit puzzled. I started trying out Orion and it looks really good. However there are some features I am missing. When I look around on this Forum, I noticed that I am not the only one. In fact, there is a thread that started in September 2003 and it already mentions the features I miss most namely Custom MIBs/OIDs.
It strikes me as odd that NOWHERE on the forum I have found any response from people from Solarwinds in regards to customer requests. If so many people ask for features, why does Solarwinds keep silent?
Please Solarwinds, can you shed some light on this? If there is a valid reason why these features are not in Orion can you please let us know? If the feature is planned for a future release, can you also let us know so we know what to expect?
Don't forget, we are the customers who buy and use your product.
