Nodes are Up and Down Madly

Dears,

Kindly i want a help in this issue ,I have HP Proliant DL380 G5 Server , in which windows server 2008 R2 X64 installed with hyper-v feature enabled.

I have Orion NPM 9.5 SP5 installed in a guest Windows 2003 R2 X64 .. but strange things happen

we are monitoring about 2000 nodes , but while viewing the Events : all nodes are going up and down madly

Although while trying to ping any Random node , the ping Result is very reasonable

i search a lot and tried the /usepmtimer parameter in the boot.ini file with no benefit

Plz Help as it's an Urgent Issue
