Discovery not working

Question

I've recently bulk added a bunch of Cisco devices to our NCM.  They show up in NCM and I can download their configs (we only allow SSH2) but can't discover them.  We are using SNMPv3 and if I add the same nodes individually, they can be discovered.  I've even tried editing the SNMP configuration for the node and nothing...until it's added individually.

Any ideas?

By the way, we are running Orion Network Configuration Manager 5.5.1.

I know it's not the global SNMP settings, but I can't ever get it corrected by editing the device after it's imported.  It accepts the edits but SNMP authentication fails.  The only way I can get the device discovered is to delete it, then re-add it individually.  Something I don't want to do for over 2000 devices!

Hi Jlintner,

When you add multiple devices, the NCM uses the global SNMP, Login, protocols and ports settings. Probably its global settings for SNMPv3 is not correct. To check it follow these steps:

File -> Settings -> Global Macro Settings -> SNMPv3 Settings
