Convert IPAddressSort field in NetFlowEndPoints

I need to do some creative SQL and want to see if anyone knows of a way to convert the IPAddressSort field data in the NetFlowEndPoints table to a valid IP?

Sample IP's are:

2035156157

17110224154

8008008008
