One or more Ports have state: Down, small grey icon

Hi,

I have about 30 devices in Solarwinds that are showing as, One or more Ports have state: Down, with the following icon One or more Ports have state Down.png As far as I can see there are no 'down' interfaces being monitored on any of these devices, and shouldn't a down interface use a red mini icon instead of a grey? This is happening on exisitng devices and newly added devices andd is cloggin up my nodes with problems view.

does any one have a resolution that I can apply to this issue please?
