Windows DHCP server monitoring

Does anyone have a good Windows DHCP server monitoring template. I tried building my own but am having some problems. I would like to monitor UDP ports 67 & 68 but using the "DNS Monitor - UDP" component does not work. Always times out. Is there something I'm missing here? Nmap shows me those UDP ports are open.

Ended up simply creating a template to monitor the DHCP server service.
