Trace a specific account & all devices using this account for polling

Hi All,

I have a situation wherein one of the active directory account used for polling few devices is getting locked out continously. I have the account name & source pollers from where the acount is getting locked out however i need help in:

1) Finding where the account is in Solarwinds?

2) List all device using this account.

3) Consequences of removing this account from Solarwinds as part of risk assesment.

Once you've identified the credentials getting locked out you can use the following reports to identify where those credentials are being used.

Thanks aLTeReGo i did try these report however i could not see the account in question. I have a AD account named "domain/username" which is getting logged out however i only see account "username" in credential library & did not see the account in either of the reports. Can i see search the events/DB for the account & do something from there. I wanted to make sure i have all the evidence before i can my AD group that the account lockout source is not my Solarwinds servers.

The report shows the display name of the account as entered at the time of creation. This is commonly a friendly name that's easy to remember and not the actual username. You would need to look through the credential databases to see what usernames are associated with those credentials. They can be found under the following locations.

Node Credentials - [Settings - Manage Windows Credentials]

Application Credentials - [Settings - SAM Settings - Credentials Library]
