APM Installation error

Hello,

I downloaded a trial version of APM 2.5 When I double click on the exe file it returns the following error: "You are attempting to install the full version of application performance monitor on a version of Orion. The version types of the two packages must be the same".

I have Orion NPM 9.2 sp4 installed.

What is the problem.

I would suggest you open a support ticket in order to have this issue investigated.

You can submit a ticket via the Solarwinds homepage -> Support -> left panel Submit a ticket.

We will attend to the ticket as soon as possible.

Sorry but I am trying the product and don't have a customer id, I am using the trial version of NPM.
