Upgraded to SAM 6.4 Agents stuck in Pending Installation Netpath Agent Plugin

I have upgraded and went to update a couple agents. In the event log of the client the installation completes, but Orion is showing the below. It won't let me do anything with the node resources as it thinks there is an agent installation pending.

Same issue experience in 2020.2.4 agent upgrade issue still occurs since version 12.
