In the hope of getting more realistic settings for some things vs. the defaults I've tried looking at some of the automatically calculated baselines. The AppInsight for SQL has been running on the server for months... for some reason when I try to set the thresholds automatically using the baseline calculation I've noticed many are showing negative numbers for both the warning and critical levels which obviously doesn't seem right. Has anyone else experienced something like this? I found this which is same app insight I think:
Baseline Threshold suggests negative values.
Seems very strange but I suppose this could be normal... I wonder if having SQL virtualized causes more of this... idk? Page life expectancy is one of them but there are others...
