URL Shows UP when message(Error/maintance) is returned instead of Login page

Question

Hi All

I have faced grave issue , we are monitoring hundreds of different URLs and most of them goes offline often for maintenance with message like below

and few URLs while adding/Browsing it request to input justification for access like second screen shot

in both the case the HTTPS/HTTP monitor shows UP only , can anyone help to fix this please

Those error pages are returning a 200.  The monitor is checking for a valid return - getting a 200 ('ok') and reporting up.  Ie the site is reporting up, while producing that error message.

So you need to parse the contents of the page return instead of just check the error code - that the URL monitor is using.

Ya sure WPM does that but we have limited license around 200 for transaction monitoring and

have more URLs that needs to be monitored and recording all of them in recorder is tedious along with license constarin

Does SAM http/s component has any other alternate ?
