How to turn on User Activity Tracking in NCM 7?

I am not sure how to turn on user tracking in NCM v7. Do I still have to select the combination method for device connection from the Settings menu of the NCM console?

Or, do I merely choose a user account type under the Network Configuration Manager Settings section on the Edit Account screen on the Orion website?

Hi freemen,

Are you talking about how to turn on the user-level device login credentials feature?

If yes, the method is still the same as in ncm6:

1. First of all customer need to turn on this feature: run NCM win32 application, got to ‘File->Settings->Device Connectivity Method’ and select second option

2. Edit one or multiple devices and set ‘Login Credentials’ field to “User ”

3. In win32 NCM application go to ‘File->Change My Device Login Credentials’ to set your individual login credentials

Or are you asking about how to use the User Activity Tracking Report in NCM 7?
