I have had a problem with my Cirrus v4 upgrade to v5 process. My previous Cirrus v4 installation resided on a server which is also a hot standby Orion engine with the Cirrus database residing on an external enterprise SQL database. The Orion database is also on a seperate SQL cluster.
Having performed the upgrade, I can access the NCM content from within the Orion web interface on the local Orion hot standby web engine, but not from the Orion primary polling engine; it displays the following error;
The "Getting Started with Orion NCM Integration" resource is missing.
The file /Orion/NCM/Resources/NCMSummary/NCMIntegration.ascx is not found.
Any help here would be appreciated.
