There isn't a native Solarwinds monitor for these but with the SAM module you can use a custom powershell script to check, as discussed here:

our requirement is to monitor the registry path

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Installer\Features\00004109110000000000000000F01FEC, whenever any key or its value changes under this path we need a alert to be triggered
