Nortel BPS 2000

I am trying to add our Nortel BPS stacks to Cirrus and am having problems getting the login to work. The problem is that the Nortel switch displays a banner page when you telnet to it and then requires you to hit Ctrl-Y to get a password prompt. From there a menu is display and you can hit C to get into the CLI.

I can't get Cirrus to get past the Ctrl-Y. Is this possible?
