HTML Report Emails not running

I have reports that are emailing PDF now. If I change them to sent printable version of HTML report, the task won't even run. Any Thoughts?

Is this occuring with the new web reports in 10.6, the legacy reports, or both?

That did not work either. Like I said it works with PDF, just not HTML. Is there a log I can look at.
