The client or server is only configured for E-mail addresses with ASCII local-parts:

I get this error on a normal (long but normal) email address in the ${AlertTo} field.I am at a loss here.

Would anyone happen to have an idea? Email address is page-epssg-oncall@qmanager-mail.xxxxxxx.com

I have come across the same error.

When I changed the email to madeup@domain.com the execution worked. Since I was using email custom property the error was pointing to value 24 on that custom property I deleted the value and re-tested, worked.

I re-added the email and worked.

I believe the error were in the database value when I deleted and re-added somehow cleaned out and worked.

Using NPM 11.0.1
