Can NPM including a node's domain in the display name?

I need to do the opposite, we use different accounts for polling different domains, so I need be able to easily identify with domain a node belongs to in order to determine which credentials to use for polling. It customera.mycompany.local vs customerb.mycompany.local have different SNMP and WMI credentials. When adding or fixing monitors, I need to know which account applies to the node(s) I am working on.

You can user a custom properties. "NameDomain"

When user to login a account X show only "NameDomain" . You can configurate in account limitations.this options.

Is there a way to automate this? I have about 1000 servers to apply this change to. The process would be to lookup the hostname using DNS, and replace the node's name in Solarwinds with that name.

It looks like I'll have to put this on the backburner for now, since the level of effort is prohibitive.
