Windows Server 2008 WMI issues with APM 4.2

The following is mentioned in the APM documentation.

Note: If you are running Windows Server 2008, you must upgrade to Windows Server 2008 R2, because SolarWinds APM does not support Windows Server 2008 due to known WMI issues.

This is taken from the APM 4.2 Release notes:

"Note to Windows Server 2008 Users:

Use Windows Server 2008 R2 for APM instead of Windows Server 2008. SolarWinds APM does not run in an efficient manner in Microsoft Windows Server 2008 because of a Microsoft bug in lsass.exe. Microsoft fixed this bug in Windows Server 2008 R2."

The bug was basically that WMI would not be handled well with very few monitors in place and the CPU usage would spike to the heavens. R2 fixed this issue.
