"Simple" SAM Report? Virtual Host Audit

Hi all,

I am trying to pull what sounds like a very simple report through SAM.

All need is Host name, VM name, and IP address.

Unfortunately I seem to be utterly terrible at using the Orion Reports.

Any advice on how to automate the pull of this info would be appreciated.
