Error after migrating database: "The database is not an Orion database."

I am trying to migrate my database from a SQL2000 server to a SQL2005 server. I did the backup and restore method and now when I run the configuration wizard and try to point it to the new server, it says "Error connecting to NetPerfMon. The database is not an Orion database."

It turns out it was a permissions issue on the new SQL box.

What sort of permission was missing in this case ?

Did you made a checklist of permissions that time for your future reference. If yes, could you please help me with that ?
