Upgrade failing with: The directory name is invalid. (267)

I have a case open but thought I try here also.

A 9.5.1 upgrade is erroring out when I try to execute the exe. It states:

 

Unable to execute the required file: The following system error has occurred: The directory name is invalid. (267)

Things I've tried:

1. Running as administrator.

2. Moving to C:/ folder

Has anyone seen this?

The problem was identified. The values for certain views in the npm database were -1. The actual views were present they had differen ID numbers.  So when users drilled down to say a summary view they had it would error out because the ID for the view was not in the database.  When I would log on to the database and do a query on the views... i would see the view for that user listed as a "-1".   The fix was to replace the bad IDs with good ones.  

TO be frank, I'm a bit concerned on what "else" might be corupted.  The other item that was showing issue was the APM module.  I did not upgrade this at the same time. The net result was my templates did not show up when working to edit them. I had to select the button "Manage Component Monitors" button to find them (this was not the case before).  Upgrading the APM module fixed this problem.
